Manchester's Continuum of Care system is comprised of state and local government agencies, non-profit service providers and the health care establishment.
This network works to:
- collect, assess and distribute information related to homelessness in Manchester;
- identify housing and service needs;
- educate the community and government on housing issues, needs and solutions;
- advocate for the development of housing, programs and services to provide and maintain adequate, affordable housing and supports for the homeless and those at risk of homelessness.
